Common questions
- Does SwapMyFlight submit or approve swaps? No. It only helps you find a match. Every swap must still be requested and confirmed through your airline's official crew system (e.g. eCrew).
- Do I need to create an account? No. There is no sign-up or password. You identify yourself within a listing using your own airline-issued crew code.
- How do I delete my data? Delete any swap or base-change listing yourself, at any time, directly in the App. If you no longer have the App installed, email us and we'll remove it for you.
